My program send intent on link with music file with type audio/*, but Poweramp not in list of open programs

Build: v3-860

Device: AM6

Android: 9

Rom: Custom ATV

Reproduce:
adb shell am start -a android.intent.action.VIEW -d "http://www.lindberg.no/hires/test/2L-145/2L-45_stereo_01_FLAC_352k_24b.flac" -t "audio/*"
