Ball Posted September 23, 2019 Share Posted September 23, 2019 With DAC on it's too quiet by default, which means I have to boost the volume by a ridiculous delta compared to other apps. Yes, I tried boosting the preamp tot he max to no avail. It also defaults to 16bit/48khz for some reason (this is a 24bit 192k device). I'm trying to get this player to work since it supports loudness control (R128 or ReplayGain). I also tried "Hi-Res Output" and while the volume is correct I get horrible crackling.
