Using only specific folders

I have been looking for a good music player for my Samsung galaxy for a while and thought I would give this a shot.

I keep all my music in one folder ( \externalsd\music ).

Can I set my library to only scan this folder and not use system scan?

I use my phone as a music player in my camper and the last thing I want is a ring tone or recorded memo playing out!
