Poweramp 2.0.10 B-588 - Cyanogenmod 13 - S4 - AAC , 16000Hz, 16bit, Mono, 48kBit/s, 297 kBit - recorded with a Android Chat-App called Conversation. The Problem still persist for me. Is it supposed to be work now? It doesn't for me (still slow mo).
