  1. Oh that's great information. Thanks for that. Very helpful. I'll try that when I hop in my car next.
  2. Seeing a lot of strange behaviour. I think this is all related to Android OS and probably not Poweramp, but I will lodge these issues here. I hop in my car and turn the car on. The bluetooth connects. Sometimes Poweramp will begin playing music without issue, as it should. Sometimes it doesn't. It just sits there connected to Bluetooth and doesn't play. When Poweramp is playing music in the car successfully, after a while, at random, the car will start playing audio through the Phone call profile, but still my car speakers. It's as if I'm on a call and the music is playing on a call. The headunit says "Phone" instead of "BT Audio". I cancel the "call" using my steerging wheel...hangup and then it swtiches to Bluetooth, but audio doesn't play automatically. If I press play on PA on my phone the pause icon changes to play for a second then reverts back to Pause. Then I press it again and it starts playing music. Very frustrating.
  3. I agree. I think this is probably an Android issue, not a car/headunit issue. I have a Mazda 3 Neo 2013. I wonder if Max could upstream this issue to Google and work with them for a fix instead of trying to work around the issue in Poweramp and leaving the problem in Android.
  4. Here are some screenshots of the Last Processed Commands corresponding to when it happened
  5. I only use plain Bluetooth as well, but the phone has Android Auto installed. Alas it didn't solve the problem as it happened again yesterday, even after the upgrade
  6. I upgraded Android Auto and haven't had the problem since. Fingers crossed.
  7. Ok, I will look at the last commands when I notice it happen again. I'm playing using All Songs and I turn shuffle on. The Repeat and Shuffle icons do change yes. Unfortunately I haven't figured out how to reproduce the problem. It sort of just happens randomly so I don't know if I can get a screen recording. It seems to have only started happening recently though. I have just upgraded to Android 14 if that helps and obviously have the newest Poweramp. Nothing in the car has changed.
  8. I should also note that I have observed that when I turn repeat off and shuffle on and fast forward the song, it has reverted before my eyes and the next song alphabetically will play.
  9. Build 976, Pixel 7, Android 14 I mainly use Poweramp for playing music in my car via Bluetooth. Everyday and sometimes multiple times a day shuffle will turn off and repeat will turn on. Each time I turn repeat off and shuffle on but at some point after this it resets and shuffle turns off and repeat turns on. I think there may've been a time or two where shuffle was off but repeat wasn't on. I originally was curious if it could be a problem with the phone being in my pocket and accidentally pressing buttons, but I have now ruled that out as I've removed the buttons from the notification interface and it still happens. Passionate Poweramp supporter here. Hope you can help me resolve this real annoyance.
