Setting "Shuffle" as the default mode for widget play

I want it so that whenever I start a playlist via home screen widget, the songs are played on shuffle by default, and not by list order as it is currently. How can I set this up? I have read through the shuffle- and widget-related FAQs and user guides. I hope I didn't miss anything. Thank you in advance.
