Can someone explain to me what it is? I can't do on my phone what you described above. I have a problem with my phone, and I think maybe that's the issue. I am tied with a SIM card to another country; because of this, I cannot use the phone normally and have constant gaps with it. I'll try to untie it using the service https://priorityunlock.com/unlock-verizon, and I hope this will help me. I think I should come back to this question when I have already done it, but I will still be glad of any advice
