Support for this format isn't present in the ffmpeg library. However, there's now available open-source Fraunhofer decoder for that format on Android platform. https://github.com/Fraunhofer-IIS/mpeghdec I hope it is possible to integrate it into the app alongside existing decoding pipeline.
