  1. I have purchased the unlocker for Poweramp 2.0.10 build 588 on March 2017 on a Motorola XT535 Android 2.3.7 and everything was fine. Then I changed phone to Samsung Galaxy Wonder Android 2.3.6, installed Poweramp and suddenly it stops working because it fails to verify license even though I've got the Unlocker installed. So i get this GOOGLE PLAY RESPONSE ERROR CONTACTING SERVER, and followed its every direction on the "get support" button. But it yields no positive result: Every time I reinstall Poweramp trial from google play, opened it, then reinstall Unlocker (From google play), i will open setting and license checking will fail, then after a few tries Poweramp will force close with "unable to verify license". This has happened for more than 3 days, through countless iterations of uninstalls and reinstalls, with many combinations of uninstalling the unlocker only or both main app and unlocker. I even cleared the cache of Google Play app and even cleared its data. Whenever I open Poweramp with the unlocker uninstaled, I will get the trial version running alright, but when i "restore purchase" from Google Play, and get the unlocker installed, Poweramp will fail immediately. Sometimes I'll even get the message "thank you for purchasing Poweramp full version", and it wont immediately fail, but when I open Poweramp settings, I will see "License Verification Failed", it will load for 5 seconds, then it shows the same message again. This has been bothering me very much, for I'd hate to see if a factory reset will fix it, and I very much doubt it. Should you be able to provide a fix or a solution, I would be very grateful. Notes: I have filled in the google docs form for bug reports, and have sent the logcat text to the designated email address.
  2. I use Poweramp almost exclusively on Transpacific or Transatlantic flights, and start the software after the aircraft has pulled away from the gate. For the third time I have received a message "Failed to Verify License" or words to that effect, making the software unusable for a 12 hour flight. Why does the software keep having to verify the license? It is absurd that the software can only be used when there is an internet connection. This is the only software that I'm aware of that requires this. Why isn't the license resident on the hardware on which the app has been downloaded? The app is otherwise good, but unfortunately useless.
  3. I am licensed owner of Poweramp and having problems using Poweramp in places where there is no network. Application don't want to work in offline mode without checking licence. Here is an answer of support team: To resolve this issue: 1. uninstall Poweramp Full Version Unlocker 2. ensure you have internet connection on the device up and stable 3. install Poweramp Full Version Unlocker from Google Play Store app. Reinstalls to the same account are free. Installing Unlocker from APK won't resolve the issue 4. You may need start/wait a bit/exit Poweramp 2 times to reload license state. This works, but in a two weeks i run into the same issue again, is there any way to get rid of this annoying checks?
  4. In each of my 3 recent flights Poweramp stopped working after an hour or so. There was a Google Play message "Failed to Verify Purchase". Links to details etc didn't work since I didn't have internet on the airplane. I saw that the forums here are full of similar complaints. You need to fix this.
  5. So Poweramp has had trouble verifying my purchase. I found the problem, an ad blocker I was using for my phone was blocking whatever url Poweramp uses to check the verification (no doubt related to google.) Is there any chance someone can tell me the url Poweramp uses to check license verification so I can add it to my ad blocker's whitelist? Thanks in advance.
  6. Hi, I purchased Poweramp a long time ago on the Play store, I like its features but its repeating verification method is very annoying to say the least! I am on - Android Feiteng H7100 dual sim phone, - stock Android 4.2.1, - latest Poweramp from the Play store: 2.0.9-build-554 After downloading the unlocker, I use the app for a while then suddenly I get this message: "Can't verify Poweramp Licence, etc." I bought the stuff, installed Unlocker so why does it bother me with these messages? I often use All-in-One-Tool to delete cache, leftovers, etc. Hope it does not interfere with your app or delete verification, etc. This is so annoying to get this verification message when I am NOT online and would like to listen to music (it happened many times). Also, I am online many times both via wi-fi and 3G, so why doesn't this verification happens completely automatically (without manual intervention) in the background anytime when the user is online? thanks, B.
  7. Keep getting Can't verify Poweramp License when trying to start app. Cause: unknown/unknown. App worked yesterday. Unlocker and app are both up to date via Play Store. Other apps I have installed that require unlockers (SD Maid, Nova Launcher, and Titanium Backup) work fine.
