I'm on One Plus 2 - OxygenOS and this basically started happening after I updated the OS. This is really frustrating since I actually decided to support the devs and I bought the app on the Play Store. Any help would be appreciated. andrewilley Posted December 24, 2016 Share Posted December 24, 2016 Something has broken the Google licence check mechanism on your device so PA is unable to validate the licence status. It might have happened a while ago, but installing a new ROM would have triggered a request for re-authentication, see http://support.powerampapp.com/knowledgebase/articles/429133-license-error-16 and see if anything there helps. This hasn't happened to me with any other app after updating and it's really frustrating to have bought something that doesn't work. I would appreciate if the situation gets rectified in some way.
