markwill1
I downloaded Poweramp yesterday and whilst it started to play the music files on the phone OK after a while it stopped and the message 'too many unplayable files' came up. Looking at the files they are WeChat messages on the phone. I don't want to delete the files in case they are no longer viewable on WeChat. Any ideas as to what's going wrong? andrewilley
They are presumably not saved in a supported playback format. If you go into Poweramp Settings > Folders and Library > Music Folders, you can choose which folders on your device Poweramp is allowed to scan for music. I tend to advise that you clear everything at the top level first, and then only select the main folder which contains all your music (which will also enable all of its subfolders too, although you can drill down and untick some if you need to).
