Can't restore website purchase

Hi all, 

Have been trying for the last two weeks to restore purchase on 2 newly bought Samsung devices. 

A galaxy J7 2016

And a galaxy Tab A 2016

Have followed the instructions to the letter more than a dozen times on both devices. 

Have red and reread the FAQ

Have checked all small details. 

But I keep getting the same error message which I have. Attached here. 

There is no doubt I have the right account registered for. I am receiving mails to that same account that was used for the purchase through the website. 

I have the confirmation email with all the information. 

I have been using Poweramp and am still using it on my old Samsung tab 4 with no problems since December 2015.

Sounds like you have checked all the obvious things, and your email address is correctly set up as a Google email account on your device (which is where people sometimes go wrong). And you've read http://support.powerampapp.com/knowledgebase/articles/357027-no-such-account-is-registered-on-this-device and http://support.powerampapp.com/knowledgebase/articles/324284-restore-Poweramp-purchase ? Your device is in Flight Mode, which would normally be a problem, but it looks like you've got a wi-fi internet connection anyway, which should do too.

If so, please could you email Poweramp.maxmpz@gmail.com with your full registration details so this can be checked for you.

It looks like i have got the exact same problem with my s6 edge. The email account is registered, i do only have this one account of this particular email-host. And i am able to check my mail via my phone so it seems to be the right one.

Spend almost 2 hours at the FAQ then searched the forum and found this.

You don't mention what error message you are seeing, but if you've followed the instructions in http://support.powerampapp.com/knowledgebase/articles/323889-restore-purchase-from-website-build-550 and http://support.powerampapp.com/knowledgebase/articles/357027-no-such-account-is-registered-on-this-device then please could you email your details to Poweramp.maxmpz@gmail.com as mentioned above.
