SEMW
When choosing your Music Folders, you can currently only choose folders in the root of the SDcard. This means that, if you use the Folder view (rather than the Library view) and if all your music is in e.g. /sdcard/media/Music/, you have two unnecessary steps: you need to click 'media' followed by 'Music' each time. The solution would be to both (1) Make the Music Folder selection a tree view, to let you select any folder on the sdcard, not just one in the root; and (2) If you only have one Music Folder selected (e.g. /sdcard/media), the Folder view should show you the contents of it immediately, rather than make you click 'media' to view the contents. Thanks,Simon
admin
Thanks for the request. Yes the folder selection stuff will be polished a bit in next releases.
dotAge
Can you accept 5 minutes waiting for the folder tree list?
andrewilley
Sounds excessive to me, unless you've got a really massive amount of data or a very slow phone anyway. I've just upgraded to a 64GB SD Card on my Note 3, and I've currently got around 40GB used at the moment, and the Music Folders list displays in about 2 seconds. KUSOsan
I agree with both. The list shows up pretty fast for me as well but it is rather annoying to have to click on the music folder 1st to get to the list of folders. Minor inconvenience for me but would be nice to fix
