My license is crushed. What can i do?

I got a license check error. license bought in the play market, restore/reinstall did not work. Correct it please.

I used faqs. I tried to reinstall the license does not work. I bought a license on play market store. Play market account: n***n@gmail.com.

My device HTC ONE (m7). Yesterday wanted to make a new album in the player and got the error after checking the license error.  I do not know what else I can say.

As I said above, please email the support address with your details so they can look into it for you. As long as your Google account/email address has not changed since your first purchased Poweramp, you should simply be able to re-install the unlocker app - even on a new device. Make sure you have a good internet connection for the next 24-48 hours though, as a recheck occurs within that time.
