Hatsune Miku
It would be nice if Poweramp had an option to detect when an external disk is unmounted, and hide any 'unavailable' music from lists.
andrewilley
That would screw up your whole library if a drive was expectedly unmounted at some point, you'd then need to rescan and add the whole drive again as new songs later. Andre
Hatsune Miku
It would only be a problem if the library database was altered on unmount, which is why I suggested "hide", in which case a rescan wouldn't be required
flyingdutchman
Rescans are kicked off by android on reboot but it may also rescan by itself so you have no control over this. If you dismount a drive, you run the risk that a rescan will repopulate the media database. Any references to your music tracks will be different so Poweramp will also need to rescan. Hiding in Poweramp does not really help.
