Leo Bauer
I've been using Poweramp Full Version 2-build-26 (Brazilian version) for some months and, out of the blue, I got the message "Too many failed files". I've been trying to delete these files so as to solve the problem, but I get a message that the folder write-protected, which doesn't make any sense to me, since it was working with no problems. Not to mention that I checked this folder on my pc and the files that won't work were renamed into "L", "%", and codes, but they play just fine on my pc's folder. Is there any way to fix it or, at least, to delete this folder so that I can create another one? I hope you undestand my English. My cell phone is a Samsung Duos and my Android version is 4.4.2.
andrewilley
Can you delete the folder via your PC and re-create it, and then do a Full Rescan in Poweramp? Ideally I'd suggest backing up and then re-formatting the SD Card completely, then copy good files back onto it. Andre
