vosg
In the main player interface, when I click menu and "add to playlist", nothing happens. I only have this problem on my Xperia Z3 compact phone. On my tablet it works.I cleared data, uninstalled and re-installed the app,to no avail. Please help...
andrewilley
Is the "Add to Playlist" option within the player menu greyed out so you can't select it? That can happen if you have disabled the "Delete File" facility in Settings > Look and Feel > General. If so, try re-enabling the delete facility and see if the Add to Playlist option reappears. vosg
The menu option isn't greyed out, it even gives the standard click sound, but nothing else happens..
andrewilley
No idea then, you should be taken to the option screen to choose which playlist to add it to, or create a new one. Are you using the default skin or a third-party one? Andre
vosg
The problem is not skin depending, it also happens with the built-in skin.I have no problems with the app on any other devices (tablet and USB TV stick), only on my Z3 compact phone.Could it be because it's only 720p? andrewilley
Resolution should not make any difference. Try using the Poweramp (icon based) menu rather than the Android one? Andre
vosg
Problem is solved. The Delete Action was disabled. I could have sworn I checked it before but apparently not. Thanks for your help!
