andrewilley Posted July 24, 2015 Share Posted July 24, 2015 Poweramp should pause the music and then restart again after the other sound has finished. If that is not happening, check Settings > Audio > Audio Focus > Short Audio Focus Change. If you are asking about 'dipping' the volume during notifications/etc, that is not currently possible. However dipping playback volume has been requested a number of times in the past, might be an idea to search for one of those threads and add your voice to it.
