ranscam Posted April 16, 2015 Hi,I am getting an error 16 on my android car radio. It appears this is because of a cracked copy of Google play store. I have purchased the unlocker through the app store. If i were to buy it again using ts the website would this unlocker work on a cracked play store? andrewilley Posted April 16, 2015 Not sure, is there anything else cracked on your device that could be causing problems (LuckyPatcher maybe?). See http://support.powerampapp.com/knowledgebase/articles/429133-license-error-16 for general advice. Andre
ranscam Posted April 17, 2015 Nothing else as far as I'm aware. I do not have root on the device so cannot use luckypatcher. Do online purchases use Google crypto to verify?
andrewilley Posted April 17, 2015 I'm not 100% sure if that would work, please could you email poweramp.maxmpz(at)gmail.com for confirmation. Andre

andrewilley Posted April 20, 2015 Can sometimes take a while. Sadly I can't do anything about it though. Andre
ranscam Posted April 21, 2015 For an app that I have paid for I expect problems or queries to be answered. If this is the customer support it may be sensible for me to go down a different route and actually be able to get support and answers. There are loads of posts about licence error 16. Yet no answers other than use Luckypatcher.
andrewilley Posted April 21, 2015 No, the answer elsewhere is to NOT use Luckypatcher (which is a hacking tool, and for obvious reasons Poweramp does not encourage using cracked versions). Unfortunately, Poweramp is a one-person development app, there is no big office with a customer support team to respond to emails. Andre
Wanny Posted May 4, 2015 I must admit I use LuckyPatcher (for other apps) and I have never ran into a problem with Poweramp, they can coexist perfectly.
