This is a known issue, as are a lot of other minor reported bugs, but not every report can be dealt with at the same time as developing for the newer v3 release of Poweramp. (Remember there is only one person doing all of this work, it's not as though there is a large company writing this app)

Thanks for the report. I don't think I can reproduce exactly this, but there are few fixes to the manual reordering code - will be in build-574.
