Audio hgreaks every 15-30 seconds

While playing local media (mp3), every 10-15 seconds, there's a break in the audio. All mp3 audio files in the library exhibit same behavior.

This problem started when I upgraded Android from 4.2 to 4.4.2. Before the upgrade, there were no issues with audio playback.

Tried troubleshooting the problem by

1) raising the thread priority

2) Increasing buffer size

The above attempt did not fix the issue.

How are you listening, wired headset or Bluetooth?

i had similar problems a few time already, usally doing an factory resets helped.

 

at least in my case some apps didnt like the update and interfered with each other
