Unwanted playlists being created

Galaxy S2 Gt-i9100P 4.1.2 OS

 

Only the following are checked in settings > Folders and Library  > Music Folders.

/storage/extSdCard/Music = checked
/storage/extSdCard/Playlists = checked

I delete all 55 playlists Library > Playlists >Settings > Delete.

I then import playlists and the same 55, deleted above are re-created.

Where/how are these unwanted playlists being created?

Any advice please?

I should have said this is the first time I have tried to use playlist; always just play an album and skip a track if necessary.

 

Now want to create just one short playlist but these others are getting in theway.

For easy playlist management, have a look at Playlist Manager by theoklink on Google Play or Amazon. It has an option to delete all android playlists in one go.Pa plsylist will have to be deleted from within pa though as pa mantains its own mefia database.
