xewonder
Hi all, Quick question. I copy my music to my phone from my media center. Each album has it's own folder and the cover art is included in the folder. But my Photo Gallery picks up all the cover art making the gallery a total mess Only way to bypass this is by putting a "." (dot) in front of my music directory.. (.Music). But then Poweramp does not display the directory also. I don't want Poweramp to scan my device.. My music is always in the same place. The Gallery does not give me the option..it just picks up everything! Any ideas (apart from deleting the cover art every time I copy music) on how to fix it? Other players have the option to show "dot files"... Thank you in advance
andrewilley
Create an empty file called .nomedia in the root folder which contains your other music folders (or in each such folder if necessary). Poweramp will ignore this, but the rest of the Android system won't scan down below that point. Andre
