Joganoth
I have a Samsung Note 3 which runs under Android 4.4.2. Since KitKat it does not save my playlists (m3u8, are located on sd card) when i add some music to my playlists. In the past it automatically saves the playlist when i open it, make some changes, and after press the back button. How can i save my playlists? andrewilley
It's a VERY annoying 'feature' of KitKat. Apparently apps are not allowed to write to the SD card (other than in their own very specific data directory). Talk about a brain-damaged OS! You could probably get around it by putting your playlists onto the phone's internal memory, or get a better ROM (a bit drastic I know). Joganoth
Thanks Andre, putting the playlists onto my phone's internal storage solved the problem.
