alexsrg Posted March 31 Share Posted March 31 Я покупал у вас лицензию ещё версии 2.х на свою почту a****g@gmail.com (почта аккаунта), платил через Вебмани WMR (вроде сразу в рублях). В ответ мне прислали файл разблокировки "Poweramp-(alt)-Full-Version-Unlocker-2-1.0-build-22", который я бережно храню, и до последнего времени удачно восстанавливал покупку - сначала ставил версию Poweramp 2.0.10-build-588-uni и затем apk разблокировщика и несмотря на ругательства телефона покупка разблокировалась успешно. Потом я обновлял Poweramp до актуальной версии и спокойно пользовался. Письма с номером заказа для восстановления покупки через меню не сохранилось конечно уже. Но вот теперь я поменял телефон на новый и там стоит уже android 14 - и на него версия 2 и старый файл разблокировки просто не устанавливаются. Помогите восстановить покупку и лицензию, пожалуйста. andrewilley Posted March 31 Share Posted March 31 @alexsrg Newer Poweramp website purchases no longer need an unlocker app, and haven't for years - you just use the 'Already Purchased?' link in Settings. Please contact Support at poweramp.maxmpz [at] gmail.com who should be able to sort you out so you can just install the latest v3 APK file downloaded from the website without needing to go back to v2 first. Как теперь сохранить или экспортировать свою лицензию, чтобы больше таких проблем не было? andrewilley Posted April 1 Share Posted April 1 @alexsrg The licence will be validated and saved on your device. See status in Settings=>About, check it says purchase is verified and stored. If you re-install on a new device again in the future, just enter the same email address and ID number into the Already Purchased? screen again and the licence will be transferred to the new device. andrewilley Posted July 8 Share Posted July 8 @Shnaps Play Store purchases cannot be restored using an email code, that's only for website purchases. For Play Store purchases you need to have your Play Store account set up on the new device, and use the licence key app to validate the purchased licence. Note: if you are in Russia, the Play Store will block you from doing this natively. However you can email Support and they will send you an APK which will allow your licence to be validated via Google anywhere.
