Permanent filter button for devices without physical search button

Hi,

I am using a COWON Z2 which doesn't have a Search button. Even long pressing the menu button doesn't work. It just opens the menu when I leave the button. I've tried holding it for long enough.

It would be great if the filter button is visible even when you have scrolled down the list. Not just at the start of the list. It will be a big relief for me and make the interface much more intuitive. I love everything about this app except this.
