Can't restore backed up playlists

Ok, this is driving me crazy, I had to do a factory reset on my phone so I exported my folder playlists which I did just fine, however now that I have Poweramp reinstalled on my phone I see no option at all to restore the backups it created, there is an import system library playlists which does nothing, and no import Poweramp playlists, can anyone help? how do I restore them? I really don't want to try to figure out everything I had on all my playlists and re-create them again :/
