Captain Fabulous Posted June 23, 2012 Share Posted June 23, 2012 I'm a brand new user (about 6 hours as I write) to Poweramp following a recommendation from a friend. So far I'm pretty impressed with it, but there seems to be one thing missing (or that I haven't found yet!).OK, so I know you can list music by genre, artist, album etc. but I can't seem to be able to list tracks by their actual file name (for example; Adele - Chasing Pavements.mp3). andrewilley Posted June 24, 2012 Share Posted June 24, 2012 Use 'Folders' mode rather than 'Library' mode. You can then set the sort order (and the display style) for the folders level, and separately for the tracks within those folders. I have mine set to sort folders by full path, and tracks by filename.Oh, and just because you have selected that view and chosen your sort order, for some bizzare reason Poweramp does not actually use your new choices in the Playback screen until you click to play one of the tracks. IMHO it should automatically adjust the playback ordering whenever you change the view mode, sort order, etc.Andre Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
