My new DAC is stuck at 96 khz, but only with Poweramp -- ifi GoLink

I posted this in Using Poweramp - Q&A but didn't get any help, so I'm trying here.

I just bought a ifi GoLink. I'm using Poweramp on a Huawei p30 pro, Android 10. Unfortunately Poweramp thinks that the ifi GoLink can't go above 96 khz. When I play a 24 bit 192 khz FLAC file, it plays it as 96 khz. 

Audio info is as follows:

Track -- Flac 24 bit 192 kHz 5654 kbps > Decoder -- Poweramp Builtin FFmpeg Decoder > Resampler -- No Resampling > DSP -- Float64/32 192 kHz > Output -- Hi-Res Output Direct HD Huawei 24 bit 192 kHz > Output Device -- iFi USB Audio SE -- 24 bit -- 192 kHz » 96 kHz

I don't get why. What's more, I just tried USB Audio Player PRO and it works properly! It plays 192 kHz as 192 kHz!
