Batch Edit Metatags

Looked for this elsewhere on the forums but I was unable to find it - apologies if this is somewhere else in the forum.

I'd like Poweramp to be able to edit the metadata of entire albums/artists/album artists/playlists at once, so I can organize my library by editing metadata more efficiently rather than one song at a time.

This is the sort of task more suited to a dedicated batch tag editor program rather than a music player. I use MP3Tag and TagScanner on my PC, but there are lots around.

And I'd like to see Poweramp have the exact same capabilities as mp3tag. I've used mp3tag before as well, but that's a windows program. All of my music library is stored locally on my phone and it would be very convenient to, e.g., correct an album year by batch editing the year tag of the entire album without having to go through it one by one.

@James_ Sorry, that's very unlikely to happen. MP3Tag is a hugely powerful batch tagging program with scripting and other functionality - not something a Music Player (or even a dedicated Android app) would come anywhere close to equalling. Horses for courses I'm afraid.
