Is there a quick way to delete the image I put over the artists?

I put images of artists for the artists section but I didn't like them anymore. Is there a way to remove them all automatically?

There is a Settings=>Album Art=>Delete Cache option that will remove all downloaded images, but that's probably a bit drastic if all you want to do is remove the artist images.

To be more selective, you can use a file explorer (or open a file window using a USB connection from a computer if you are using a recent version of Android) and manually delete all the JPG files in the artist_art (auto-downloaded) or selected_artist (user chosen downloads) cache folders in the Android/data hierarchy:
