Optimal volume balance between PA and BT-headphones

I have DVC on in PA and BT-headphones volume sync off (so absolute volume disabled).

Question: What is the optimal volume balance between PA and BT-headphones (for quality)? I mean, roughly:
1) 100% on headphones, and 50% in PA
2) 70% on headphones and 70% in PA
3) 50% on headphones and 100% in PA

I would have thought (as long as your music and EQ settings aren't too high as to cause clipping) 100% from PA would be the way to go, and make the final level adjustments on the headphones.
