3rd Party Skin - Downloads to Samsung Phone, but not Nokia G300

Google Play says this skin - Melodi - is available for all my devices, but this paid skin is not showing up as downloaded so it's not available for Poweramp (also paid version) on my Nokia G300. 

No problem for my Samsung A15. Samsung is Android v.14, Nokia is v. 11.  

The Nokia has a SD card, the Samsung not yet.  Could Melodi have installed there?
 Or is it a hardware configuration of a Nokia that is causing this?

Have you tried going into the Play Store on your Nokia and downloading the required skin to your new device? The process is not automatic.

@andrewilley - Thanks for reply.  I figured out the problem:

I use the Nokia only for testing my music production exports - compositions sound great in a professional DAW, but the rubber hits the road when listened to on basic devices.

So the Nokia is no longer connected to a phone carrier. I checked the Nokia's Wifi and it wasn't fired up. 
Once on, Melodi showed up.

So my bad, but so it goes.

@Soniclight Ah, that would explain it. I had assumed that as you had download Poweramp onto it, it must be connected to somewhere... Never assume, as they say.

Yes, I had WiFi on before but was having conflicts with pairing Bluetooth earbuds with my other phone, so turned it off. 
Just forgot to turn it back on. I wish life was as easy to fix as this.... 😎
