购买后用了一段时间后就换了苹果设备，现在登录密码忘记了，恢复软件时发现需要提供订单信息，但是找不到邮箱信息。

2. 重新发送之前的购买信息

Not quite sure I understand, Poweramp does not work on Apple devices, it is an Android app. It also does not have a login password.

Are you asking about restoring a Poweramp license on a new ANDROID device, perhaps a license that you purchased from the Google Play Store or from the official website? If so, please see this article for help:

If you are trying to restore a website-purchased licence but have lost the confirmation email containing your ID, please contact Support (poweramp.maxmpz@gmail.com) for assistance and they should be able to resend it to your original email address.
