Caslo79
Hello I just bought my new Samsung S24 Plus ( Android 14), I have my whole system up to date and installed Power AMP from the Google Play Store. I use power amp with Bluetooth headphones SENNHEISER CX Plus True Wireless, the connection and installation of the program was done correctly. The problem I have is that when I start Poweramp and play a song this sounds very low, with very little volume. To regain the normal volume I have to open the youtube app play a video or open spotify and listen to a song. This of the low volume only happens with Poweramp, any app or sound plays at a normal volume in my headphones. This same was also happening to me on my Samsung S20 FE ( Android 13). I remember it was the latest version of the Google Play Store that when installed started that volume issue, it has always served me for years Poweramp without issues so far. What could it be?? The curious thing is, if you open any music app, then open Poweramp already serves well the volume of Poweramp and already serves normally for the rest of the days. If I restart the phone the problem returns if I do not open an app first, if I open power amp at first everything sounds very low. What could it be? andrewilley
Could be related to DVC and/or the Absolute Volume for BT setting. Please see the Guide on this subject which might help: Andre
