I read the hidden section that Google play restore is disabled due to war issues. I do not want to quit power amp EQ. What other alternative do I have to restore the purchase? Here are the things I tried: 1: used the same Google account to download the app and restore it 2: sent a mail to developer with order id and invoice but no response 3: downloaded the apk from there site 4: reinstalled it Screenrecorder-2024-09-20-17-27-41-604.mp4 Edited September 26 by oartaday Added a word . andrewilley Posted September 26 Share Posted September 26 Google Play purchases can be restored on new devices using the same Google account, except in Russia where Google currently prohibits purchase access due to the political situation there. After reading your text I tried it again and it gives me the same error as in the video I posted , I tried this on two phones and both are giving me that error. Is there any way I can solve this ? Thanks The thing about ip address made me think about about the identification so I tried removing all the Google account except that account which I used for purchase and it WORKED ! for anyone who is confused try to purchase it again and the app will take you to the payment process, there you can see which Google account it's looking for verification. andrewilley Posted September 26 Share Posted September 26 I guess the account that's validated by the Google Play Store app is the primary account on the device. maxmp Posted September 26 Share Posted September 26 Also, we can't (from the developer side) do anything if issue like this happens. Google play just gives plain FAILED to the app without any explanation. We can make an educated guess that currently selected Google Play account has no such purchase, that's all. It was primary account , also having it shown that it's purchased in that account doesn't helps in restoring the purchase .
