Shuffle Only Resets in Short Playlists less than 100 songs

Title explains issue, I got a software update on my Flip6 and Poweramp has been weird ever since

Starting as of 30 minutes ago on 9.20.24 at 1a, reshuffle by tapping the track when listening to my whole library has suddenly stopped working. Shuffling playslists and albums as well as the general entire ibrary stopped without reason and within less than 12 hours of a listening experience with the function working, with my phone being updated for at least 2 weeks at that point.

The settings from before the update are still unchanged. And when I say no reshuffle I mean as I go back and forth from album to playlist to general library, my shuffle order is ALWAYS the same, dropping me right in the same place with the order of the upcoming songs completely unchanged. Erasing the cache as well as a full uninstall haven't resolved the issue, nor has 5 phone restarts.

So wtf? Anyone got anything?

I'm working witha Sumsung Flip6, updated to most current OneUI version 6.11

Edit: After experimenting a little more, an uninstall STILL kept the same shuffle order, however gave me an interesting issue where it would shuffle the entirety of the album I picked the song from, THEN resume shuffle from where it left off

There are lots of different shuffle modes available in Poweramp, which one are you using? There is also an option to avoid reshuffling where possible (as people were making the opposite compliant to yours, that their shuffle order was being reshuffled before they finished listening). See the options in Settings=>Library=>Shuffle.

Also make sure you don't have any songs left in the Queue which could be getting restarted in its original order.

Check the Track Counter in the middle of the row of icons on the Player Screen to see where in the current shuffle sequence Poweramp is currently playing.

As of right now, nothing has instigated the successful shuffle, aside from starting a playlist, but bouncing back and forth between my whole library and playlist just bounces back and forth between the exact same sets, the whole Library is shuffled the same way no matter how I start, and the playlist is shuffled the same way no matter where I start

Funnily enough, the shuffle WAS working for playlists when the library shuffle wasn't, but after waking up for the day, it does not. The ONLY thing I've been able to do to get the shuffle to reset is press the shuffle button at the top of ALL the songs in my library, which does set a new shuffle list, but trying to reshuffle does not work, and starting a new song also does not reshuffle

Here is a screenshot of my current Shuffle settings, this is how they've been for years. The shuffling was actually working 100% ok 24 hours ago, but was not when I came home from my work shift 12 hours ago. 

Since I installed and uninstalled the app twice, my queue is empty, and it has been for days. I don't use my queue for anything. 

I was not able to record something short enough to attach to the post, but here is a video of me showcasing bouncing around different places in my music to show how it will not reset the shuffle, and in a couple moments actually sent me backwards in the shuffle list (I also wouldn't mind a reminder of how to get rid of the floaty buttons, I can but it always takes me do long to remember):

I added some songs to see if that make shake things up, and now albums will shuffle, but the whole library does not. If I try to maneuver the whole library NOW it only includes artists I've played since this morning, with no one else showing up unless I go ALL the way through everything, to which the same shuffle list from last night then starts in the exact same order, with a "reshuffle" also just starting everything over, just moving that specific song to the front, but the shuffle list is still the same.

 

After tinkering a bit more and setting ALL settings to default, there is still no solution, I think this is a true program error. I even just had the shuffle RELOOP at the 50 song mark, it just started the shuffle over again BUT I was also moving along the track counter like normal
