belomeclone
I recently switched phones. On my phone before this one (same OS), when I would make a call Poweramp would pause the music. But if I hit "play", it would continue playing music. I've flipped every flag I can find, and combinations of flags, but I can't get it to work on my new phone. I did get music to play on a call once with the "Force Audio On Audio Focus Change" - but it only worked once. And even with it having worked, it did not work the old way as the music did not pause for the call. What am I doing wrong??
belomeclone
Do none of you play music while on a work call through your phone bluetooth? I don't know what I need to do to get it to work, it just worked before. The only flag I ever flip is so short focus does not dim the audio, so when I use Google Maps it doesn't interrupt the music to tell me directions. Am I really this alone in workflow? Whatever change I have made to Poweramp now won't even play if I am on a call. In the past it would play without any audio. I could leave a call and be many songs away from where I left off. I don't recall this being possible on Android, at any version. A call should always pause playback, the options allow you to choose whether or not to resume after a call, or after any other audio interruption. No. I don't think BT can handle two audio sources at the same time anyway, would need to be either mono headset audio for calls, or A2DP for stereo music. belomeclone
@ihaspei I will check your setup right now. It's very weird. I had a call earlier today and I hit "play" on Poweramp and it did nothing. Then I hit "play" again and it played my music during the call, for the duration of the call. Any future calls I have had, I hit "play" and Poweramp progresses through the songs but does not play any audio. I didn't change any settings or touch Poweramp. It is frustrating to get two different outcomes with the same test. Maybe there is a different handling flag on Microsoft Teams for a group call vs a personal call (as I know there must be from other, Teams-related issues.) EDIT: Very strangely, I went onto a call - no audio from Poweramp. I went into the settings and turned off "No Duck", Poweramp began playing. I flipped "No Duck" back on - it pauses then begins playing. On or off it doesn't matter. I guess I needed to remind it it was playing? Something is up. belomeclone
Although strangely, now when I turn on my Bluetooth it plays out of Poweramp and not out of my Bluetooth. Everything is all messed up.
