Poweramp EQ Frequency Tuning Change

Hello everyone, As we know, music players play music with a fixed frequency of 440 hz (as far as I remember). 
I've been using Poweramp for years, and since I switched to Android again this year, I've started using the EQ version. I've seen threads on the forum about converting to 432 Hz in older years, but I don't quite understand it.

Is there a place in the EQ where I can change this frequency value? I think this setting should be included in excellent apps of Poweramp and Poweramp EQ, but I couldn't find it.
