Poweramp unlocker android 4.3 installation problem

При установке Poweramp Unlocker на android 4.3 появляется ошибка на фотографии во вложении. Пробовал устанавливать приложение версии 301 и 307. Подскажите пожалуйста что можно сделать? Лицензия ранее была куплена.

As your IP address indicates you a located within the Russian Federation, you won't be able to unlock purchases using the Play Store (even on current versions and devices). This is Google's decision, and is unlikely to change while the current Russian government policies continue.

Additionally, Android 4.3 Jelly Bean (which is well over ten years old now) is no longer supported by Google Play Store services anyway, which effectively means more and more stuff will no longer work on it. https://www.androidpolice.com/2021/07/08/its-a-miracle-your-jelly-bean-phone-still-works-but-googles-gonna-change-that/

For current versions of Poweramp you can ask Poweramp Support (poweramp.maxmpz [at] gmail.com] for a downloadable APK version of the unlocker that will work in your region, however I don't know whether this will work on Poweramp v2 as it is an obsolete product that has had no further development for 8 years. You can certainly ask them though.
