Geo Joseph
Can I choose multiple output devices through Poweramp? Eg connecting two bluetooth devices and play same song on both or provide audio output to both wired headset and bluetooth device same time The goal is to listen same song on multiple devices. andrewilley
Android defines the current output routing, so for example if a Bluetooth headset is plugged in then Android will route the audio to there. The processing used when each Output method is in use can be controlled in Poweramp's Output menu though. More recent versions of Android do provide some options for controlling what happens to audio though, for example the 'Media Output' and 'Device Control' menus (ex 'Smart Things') on Samsung phones allow output to dual Bluetooth devices at the same time: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084723/ Andre
Geo Joseph
Thanks for the clarity. Can you suggest any apps which can provide the this feature or can Poweramp implement this in future?
andrewilley
@Geo Joseph Poweramp can only send audio to the path currently defined by Android, check your Android settings for options available - e.g. Samsung's 'Smart Things' or 'Media Output' options.
