EZ_Rider22
I searched for "list options" on this website and initial searches have not netted much. Not that important but it would be a little bit useful to have the ability to have the ability to designate music files in more than one set of genres for a larger music collection. Is this possible? For example: General Genres: Rock, Hip Hop Sub-genres: Alternative Rock, Classic Rock, Blues Rock, Garage Rock, Old School Hip Hop Thanks Link to comment https://forum.powerampapp.com/topic/27835-list-options-additional-possible/ Share on other sites
andrewilley
Yes, you can assign several different Genre descriptions to one song. You can use any characters as separators within the tag data, but semicolon is a good one. Configure it in Poweramp using Settings=>Library=>Scanner=>Symbols to Split Mutiple Genres. Then if you create a genre tag as "Rock ; Pop", the song will appear in both genre groups.
