Are there any skins that mimic the design of 2000's car radio systems? If not, how could one be made?

I use the current playstore android app. None of the current skins really stick out to me. I am curious if there are any that have a design similar to those 2000s head units, with the pixely digital equalizers and everything. If none exist, I would love to learn how to design my own if possible.

Remember that skins only allow you to customise the look and feel of the existing interface elements - colours, fonts, icon designs, visibility and shape/size/position of content, etc. You can't build a completely new interface logic though.

There are some Visualizations available which can shows funky spectrum-analyser style displays in the background though, might be worth having a play around with some of those.
