Not received registration email for website purchase

I am a user from China. 
I paid for the APP on the official website, but I haven't received the email yet. 
My email address and order number have been sent to you via email:Poweramp.maxmpz@gmail.com.

It's not possible to address specific personal account questions in these public forums.

You have done the right thing in contacting the Support email, they should be able to help you. Please allow up to a couple of working days for response. I assume you have checked that the emails(s) haven't gone into your junk/spam locations?

Isn't order ID/number and email address all that's needed to validate?

At least in 2018, for me, the order ID came in the initial invoice's subject line.

They stated in post that they sent an order number. What other order number would there be? Invoice- and Confirmation and Poweramp Activation are two separate emails, but contain the same ID. Alas, I'm not support.

@jlyydy thanks for the purchase. If you have order id and email, it's enough to activate the Poweramp (via Settings / Already purchased / Website), even if your confirmation email is "lost" (probably it's in the spam folder). The confirmation email comes from PayPro Global.
