@RockinMad I believe that you are using Aurora below 9.4 version, the progress bar issue is fixed in 9.4, well at least I didn't encounter in 9.4.

As for the color changing, maybe it's due to the Background Gradient which in the Background setting (in PA), just try to set the value to zero and see how does it go.Screenshot_2024-09-19-17-41-44-427_com.maxmpz.audioplayer-edit.thumb.jpg.fe0e00cff0cff2df74bb8e1f3d383d00.jpg

Wonderful, it's all fixed!

It's true that with the power saving modes an all, the Aurora app is put to hibernation and never updates itself, hence the issues. Now it's all good, thanks!

A user who downloaded from Huawei AppGallery told me that he didn't get the latest version update till now, so I would like to know if this is already in procedure.@maxmp

By the way, I just knew that Huawei version is activate through the AppGallery, same as Google version, so it is possible to update the uni version over the top of Huawei version, but impossible to activate the app, right?

Noticing just now the icons Repeat, Shuffle, etc are now underneath the progress bar.

I'm using the Aurora skin as well and the color changing doesn't work anymore.

I've also updated to One UI 6.1 on my Samsung S23 so not sure it's related.

I noticed it too, i want to know how to fix it, please help

Since this update.

Recently Played songs no longer displays unplayed songs.

If I turn the bluetooth on in the car it counts the song as been played twice, every time I turn the car on and off it adds another times played to the counter.

I went back to an older version and the problems went away, however Poweramp updated itself overnight and now the issues are back.

How do I stop it automatically udpating itself???

Well it's not meant to...

The count mechanism for "played" songs probably needs updating a bit anyway, as currently all it requires to count as a new "play" is for the counter to be beyond the threshold value that you set, which has various undesirable repercussions, summarised in this and other threads:

Does your issue occur when the counter is left at the start of a song, or only if it was paused nearer the end?

Also, and this is just a fun thing, the last 4 times I reinstalled Poweramp, (I tried a few different things before asking the forums) "Georgia on my mind" by Ray Charles was the first song Poweramp chose to play. Any reason for this??? Song name?? Position in my list???

Just a fun little thing it must be part of the programming. Developers from Georgia????

what do Line2 press and Line2 long press do?

It defines what happens if you long-press on the second line of information about a song (the one that contains "ArtistName - AlbumTitle"). It's a shortcut for the same action as long-pressing on the album art (or tapping the menu icon) and selecting Artist, Album, Genre or Folder.

It's a partial answer to a long-standing request that tapping on the Artist name should take you straight to that Artist's screen, on tapping on the Album title should take you directly to that album's songs view.
