Tasker and the Status_changed API

do there need to be any preparations before tasker can recieve the broadcast intent? because currently it sees it is not being passed at all.

according to gitub you only set the action and then you can respond to it with a task

 

Okay I am an Idiot, status changed is only for e.g. play/paused, title changes dont seem included

 

Edit 2: according to the github page, STATUS_CHANGED should have trackinfo as extra variables in since Build 948, despite me being on 976
