alarm clock option

Request For Change:

Please add an alarm clock option. The alarm clock should
 1) play music on specific days of weeks or months
 2) play music at a specific time
 3) be able to link to any HTTP/HTTPS stream indicated by the user, e.g. https://stream.rcs.revma.com/an1ugyygzk8uv or a local music file/folder,
 4) set the playing volume on predefined value.
 5) If the stream fails, the alarm clock should start with music from local files
 6) it should be possible to connect the app google clock with Poweramp
