Settings per Playlist - EQ, preamp, Tempo etc

Hi hello Pa forum,

It would be great if there was an ability upon tap & hold to have "Playlist settings" option.

We can already rename, image change, share a selected Playlist (amongst the options presented upon tap & hold).

Personally, I'd like to set my own custom Tempo and preamp on a per Playlist basis and I'm sure other users would too.

You can set EQ Presets to be used a specific Playlist using the Save/Assign option in the EQ screen and tick the 'playlist' option (which will assign to EQ to be used for the currently playing list).

Currently tempo, preamp gain, reverb, etc are not stored in EQ Presets though, just the main frequency adjustments - but hopefully that will be added at some point. I suggested adding a tickbox system to define which elements you wish include in a saved playlist, in the same way you can define what is saving in an Export Settings/Data file.

maaan i always looked at this option and never use it 'cause i thought that if a tick the playlist option would be for that list category and not that specific playlist, that's because it just says "playlist" and not "playlist: -name of the current playlist-" like the assign song option that says "song: -name of the current song-"

would be nice if on future update the assign playlist option would name the current playlist too so it is more clear for the user.

Category assignments don't include the actual name in any of the other category choices either, but I agree that would be helpful. So the 'apply to...' tickbox for the Category level would be wording just like the song tickbox already is - such as "Folder: CurrentFolderName", "Album: AlbumTitle", or "Playlist: PlaylistName".
