Muhajier Posted July 27 Share Posted July 27 I use AutomaTag to edit tags for my mp3 files, whenever I make an edit in AutomaTag it'll get reflected in Poweramp but will read it as a 'recently added' song, is there a way to prevent this ? Basically : 1. I have an old song, added to Poweramp months ago, the tag is incorrect. 2. I edit that song's tag in AutomaTag 3. Poweramp now show the song in 'Recently Added' list, even though it's actually added months ago. Quote Translate Revert translation? This is because, the file attributes (Information about that file) have been changed, likewise Poweramp sees such edited files as new. Bencherished. Quote Translate Revert translation? Solution andrewilley Posted July 27 Solution Share Posted July 27 Check the List Options sorting order (in the menu of the Recently Added view) and make sure it's not set to use filesystem time/date stamps. As long as the filename didn't get changed at all by your sync software, using 'By Date Added to Library' should do what you want. Andre Quote Translate Revert translation?
