More buttons/options on the cover screen of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip series

Not sure if this is feasible to do or not, but right now the widgets only contains 3 buttons Pause, Next and Stop app, at least for me.

Is it possible to add more options such as previous, toggle repeat/shuffle all?

Different widgets provide different options. The larger ones offer more choices in the Configuration page, e.g:

But even the 4x1 widget gives plenty of choice:

Ah, just noticed in the subject line that you are asking about the media controls on the Samsung/Android lockscreen, not Poweramp Widgets. That's not generated by Poweramp, so what features are offered would be up to the Android settings.
